Faulty Items

Faulty items require photographic evidence sent to ecotide@outlook.com within 48 hours after receiving the product. If 48 hours have past we unfortunately can not offer a return. 


Please contact Eco Tide via email at ecotide@outlook.com prior to returning any goods.  

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process any item that comes back to us. 

Our policy lasts for 14 days after a customer has received their order. If 14 days have gone past we can not offer you a return.

As long as the product you are returning is unused, in the same condition it was received in, still in its original packaging and has been returned within 14 days of you receiving the product, then you are eligible for a refund. 

Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. 

If the return passes inspection, we will issue the refund to the account you made payment through. Payment can take up to 7 working days to reach your account. 

Please note that shipping is non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a free returns service. Returns must be made at your own cost. Please return using a standard trackable service. Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain your proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Eco Tide HQ. 

Items must have all tags attached. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for sale items. 


If the item was purchased by someone else and shipped directly to you as a gift, we’ll still require proof of purchase from the gift-giver. Once this is obtained, we can either refund the gift-giver or organise an exchange directly with you, the recipient. Please contact ecotide@outlook.com should you have any further questions.
